It started in 2015 when I was helping a friend remodel a home so that he could sell it and make some profit. I was simply caulking around an old jalousie window when I asked "what if we update your windows, so that they're more sound proof and save on electricity? Would that add value to your home?"

I was unaware at the time, that yes, new windows do add value! He asks if I had ever considered becoming a REALTOR® because I was providing great advice without even being licensed.

Coincidentally, there was a school of real estate en route to the job site and I started to wonder "what if I do get my license? I've always been good at making friends and listening to customers' needs. I've lived in the area for most my life and know it pretty well. Maybe it's worth a shot."

Fast forward to today, I passed the test with flying colors and have taken my blue collar experiences to a new level. Sharing ideas and being able to explain questions to prospective buyers and sellers has helped me, help them in ways that I never thought possible.

Being artistic at heart and having a creative mind has helped in the negotiation process and marketing sellers' properties. I've learned that Problem Solving is a big deal, no matter what industry, and it runs through my veins.
