I was very pleased with Lex when he recommended Gil to show us property while Lex was on vacation. We had the intent on purchasing a condotel without realizing that I wouldn’t be making money. The two of them put their heads together and found my family exactly the right investment that I was looking for.

Thankful to have a friend like him to be there for me when I was buying my first house. It was nerve wracking and stressful but he was there to calm me down until we finally closed.

We did not like the price of the first home we had seen, but he knew exactly which property held it’s value and brought us right to it the next day. My wife and I put in an offer and were under contract that following day.
